Happy Sunday
Thanks to everyone who read and commented the last two weeks on my new-release-snippets, big thanks to those who bought the book.
The book in the Alinta Bay series is still 99c.
Today, I’m going back to my new story, which follows Piper and Jon. I moved forward a little, when they meet each other.

THANK YOU

Today’s Snippet

Jon reached for his towel and headed towards the bathroom in the hall. He knocked at the door, even though he saw that there was no light filtering through the small gap at the floor. No one answered, so he stepped in. He placed his towel and soap on the small chair, undressed, and turned on the both tabs. Once the water was at the right temperature. For the next few minutes he enjoyed the warm spray hit his body. He lathered soap all over his body and washed his face. The shower soon ran out of hot water and he rushed to rinse off. A little while later he had towelled off and dressed. He reached for his belongings, opened the door, and switched off the lights. About to return to his part of the cabin, he stopped and listened.

Someone was sobbing.

It wasn’t his business, so he turned and walked towards his area. But stopped as he grabbed the door handle.

His neighbour’s sobs increased, the distress now obvious. He blew out a breath, turned, but hesitated.

Thanks for all your comments,
I do appreciate each single one of them!
