Time to shine everyone

I’m still trying to return to something like a routine, in life as well as online. I remember this one used to be a popular post …. feel free to share and add your books.  ♣

The blog is open today for everyone to post a purchase link to

a- the book you’re currently reading – or
b- the book you have just read – or
c- your favourite book – AND
d- your own book.

Please don’t go overboard with the invitation and keep the links to a maximum of four!

As for me:

I’m currently reading: “In the Woods” by Tana French

My favourite book (still) is: Cecelia Ahern “If you could see me now”

I haven’t had a new release in a while because of my illness, but do give my book NEW BEGINNINGS a try. The story is set here in Australia, and I hope to release the second book in the series very soon!

Everyone post away, so I can choose my next book:-)

  1. I’m Helen Henderson and want to thank Iris for having us. As for me:
I’m currently reading “Caverns” by Judy Griffith Gill (https://www.amazon.com/Caverns-Chronicles-Storn-Book-4-ebook/dp/B01NB18C4T/)
My favourite book (still) is: “Pegasus in Space” by Anne McCaffrey (https://www.amazon.com/Pegasus-Space-Talents-Saga-Book-ebook/dp/B003JBI43W)
If you like magic mixed with your fantasy and romance, give my latest release Windmaster Legacy a try. (https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B01N1M7S9Y) Book 2 of The Windmaster Novels continues the story of Ellspeth and Lord Dal. Their destiny — chose between magic, survival, or the life of a loved one.

  2. I’m Wendy May Andrews and I’m a bookaholic 😉
I read too fast and don’t put the book down until I’m done so I can’t say what I’m currently reading but I just read “A Chance to Let Go” by SM Spencer and it was fantastic (http://amzn.to/2nKQftk)
I just published a sweet, regency romance called Sweet Surrender. It’s about second chances. I loved writing it and think you’ll love reading it 🙂 (http://amzn.to/2myOHCY)

    ~Happy reading~

  3. Hi, my name is Lynn Spangler, author of Dayna’s Miracles, a sweet romance with a touch of magic.

Right now I’m reading Clive Cussler’s Ghost Ship. I like to break away from romances every now and again. Clive Cussler is my go-to author for action and adventure.

Dayna’s Miracles is a sweet, heartwarming tale of the magic of love…and maybe Kris Kringle 😉

  4. Hey readers! Kadee Carder over here, and I like pink, sparkly things and coffee.
Reading: Currently I’m reading Black Dawn by Mallory McCartney. It’s a fantasy YA: http://amzn.to/2mzHa6Q
Writing: Volume Two of my YA adventure trilogy was recently published, and I’ve been enjoying (and I think you will too!) all the island sunsets, action, sparkly things, and coffee from “Incomplete.” http://amzn.to/2mZvqWG

  5. I’m Bethany Swafford and I am a lover of words.

I read MANY books and I am currently reading Unstoppable by S.R. Johannes. It’s the third book of the series and I get sucked in every time I pick one up! https://www.amazon.com/Unstoppable-Nature-Grace-Book-3-ebook/dp/B00KNVUG0K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1490377999&sr=8-1&keywords=unstoppable+nature+of+grace

My latest published book is A Chaotic Courtship, which is about family and love and making your own decisions in life. I had a lot of fun writing it, and one of the minor characters will be making an appearance in an upcoming release (summer-ish, I’m thinking, is when that book will be released!). https://www.amazon.com/Chaotic-Courtship-Bethany-Swafford-ebook/dp/B01KKMZ2VY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1490377972&sr=8-1&keywords=a+chaotic+courtship

  6. a) The book I’m reading is “Dragon Haven” by Robin Hobb. This series is a continuation of her Liveship Traders series, which I loved. While her writing tends to be somewhat repititious, she conveys emotion extremely well and creates an incredibly detailed world.
    b) The book I just read was “Dragon Keeper”, the book that precedes “Dragon Haven.”
    c) Favorite book… That’s a tough one. “Inferno” by Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle is probably it. The premise of the story is that Dante’s vision of the afterlife is almost perfectly accurate. The protagonist is a science fiction writer, and his perspective on Hell and how the laws of physics are violated, etc. was quite fun.
    d) My book: “The Warriors of the Hollow World” is a science fiction that feels like a fantasy. Olara is a female warrior who has lost everything–except her promise to avenge the death of a close friend. She wants to keep her word, but the universe isn’t the small place she thought it was–beneath the surface of the hollow world is a limitless night filled with stars, the unique magical sword she put such faith in is a common piece of technology, and the people of the enemy race are not the evil creatures she thought they were. One of them might even be worthy of love.
