Happy Sunday.
I’ve moved on to another WIP. It’s just an idea at the moment, so bear with me for the first few posts.
Enjoy ♥
Today’s Snippet
Ten minutes later, she’d quickly brushed her teeth, washed her face, and had applied some makeup. Why in the hell, she had no idea.
He waited for her in the hall with a little basket in his hand. Her mother’s old basket none the less. How on earth did he find it?
“Mum’s picnic basket,” she said more to herself.
A smile curved his beautiful lips as he held it up. “Perfect for the occasion.” He reached for her hand. “Let’s go.”
Again, she surprised herself by taking his hand. They went to the car and got in. Hannah sat on the driver’s side and put the key into the ignition waiting for him to buckle up.
He raised a brow. “Let’s go. Head towards the main street out of Formosa Bay.”
Still waiting, she pointed towards the window on his side. “You need to buckle up.”
He let out a soft laugh which went right through her and reminded her again of the insanity of it all. Or to be more precise, his insanity. ”Real or not, I’m not leaving until you’re buckled up. If the police pulls me over—”
“They won’t see me. . .”
Thanks for all your comments,
I do appreciate each single one of them!

LOL, thank you Cara 🙂
Ah – she held the hand od an invisible man? Intriguing.
Not quite invisible 😉 She can see him.
She has a lot to learn about her new companion, it would seem! I’m intrigued about the basket….great snippet!
Thanks Veronica 🙂
I’m curious to know more about him and why she can see him but no one else can.
Thank you Karen 🙂
