Do you love a heartwarming contemporary romance with a swoon-worthy hero, a strong heroine, and a breathtaking Australian coastal scenery? Yes? Then Tell It to My Heart is the perfect read for you!

Molly and Noah’s first encounter?
Let’s just say it involves his grandmother’s bathroom, an unexpected neighbour in the shower, and a jet-lagged pilot who isn’t at his most charming.

They’re opposites in many ways, but they might just be a perfect match.
At first glance, Molly and Noah have little in common. He craves solitude, while she’s spent her life putting others first. He’s haunted by his own past, and she’s trying to rebuild from hers. But as they spend more time together, something shifts. Their differences become less like barriers and more like the pieces of a puzzle falling into place.

Blurb

Confronted with the choice to care for his friend’s family on the other side of the world or to return to Alinta Bay to be with his own newfound family, how will Noah choose?

Following the death of his grandmother, Noah Fielding returns to Alinta Bay and the first thing – or person – he finds is the next-door neighbour in his nan’s bathroom – naked no less. Still jetlagged, he doesn’t hit it off with Molly at first. Yet, over the next few weeks, as his past uncovers itself bit by bit, she becomes is anchor, his friend, and his lover.

Molly Reid had the world at her feet, happily married with a young son… until a tragic car accident took everything away from her. With her heart broken, she moves to Alinta Bay to escape the memories of the past. Her peaceful existence, however, is interrupted after a heavy storm floods her house and she temporarily moves into her recently deceased neighbour’s house next door.

When Noah’s friend and partner goes missing during a routine flight, Noah returns to Alaska to help, but will he come back for Molly?

Tell It to My Heart is the second book in the Alinta Bay series, following the lives of the Hendrix brothers as they navigate love, loss, and everything in between.

P.S. If you haven’t read the first book in the series yet, now’s the perfect time to dive into Alinta Bay and fall in love with the Hendrix brothers!

Excerpt 1

The knock was louder this time accompanied by muffled shouting.

Noah?

She headed towards the front and opened the door where she found him standing.

With his travel bag.

Slowly, she lifted her brows questioningly at him.

“I need a place to sleep,” he explained.

Staring at him, she wasn’t able to connect all the dots. “Excuse me?”

“Time to return the favour, honey.” He stepped closer. “My mother has moved in and there’s no way I’ll stay in the same house as her.”

Still lost for words, she gazed at him as he walked right past her towards the other end of the house.

“Make yourself at home,” she whispered more to herself than to him.

“Thanks.” He choked back a chuckle, obviously aware of what she’d said. “I promise you, I’ll get a flight as soon as possible and won’t bother you much.” Then he looked over his shoulder, meeting her gaze. “Unless you prefer me to get a hotel room.”

She bit her lip, contemplating the implications this move was going to have. “No. No. It’s okay. Of course it is.”

He frowned. “Are you sure?”

Molly stepped closer to him and tugged a strand of hair behind her ear. “Yes, I’m a hundred percent sure. Just a little surprised, is all.” She waved her hand towards the two bedrooms at the back of the house. “You know the place. Take your stuff to the spare room at the back. I was about to have a cup of tea in the back yard. Would you like to join me?”

A smile curled his lips. “Got something stronger for me?”

Lifting a shoulder, she walked past him and into the kitchen. “I might still have a beer, but I’m not sure.”

Ten minutes later, they sat under a tree in the back corner of her yard.

“Cheers.” He lifted the bottle to his lips and took a long pull.

Molly smiled and had a sip of her tea as well. Then she said, “Your grandmother missed your mother and was always hoping for her to return.”

Even without looking at him, she had a fair idea how hard this was for him.

“So did I.”

“Didn’t you sometimes have the urge to search for her?”

“Nope.”

“Would you like me to shut up?”

He choked back a chuckle. “Yes.”

“This is the most interesting conversation I’ve been having in weeks, if not months.”

Wiping the froth of the beer from his top lip, he looked into the distance. “I’m sorry. I’m letting out my frustration at the wrong person.”

Unsure how to reply, Molly remained silent.

“As a kid I waited every day for my mother to return home. Grandma told me she was on holidays in a country far away and it took a long time to travel from here to there and back.” He rested his arms on his knees and stared at his feet. “Well, we both know the end of the story, don’t we?”

“The end hasn’t been written, yet.”

He cocked a brow when he met her gaze.

“She’s come here–”

“Too late.”

“Too late for what?”

Taking a deep breath, he stood and finished the rest of the beer in one swig.

“I understand you’re angry with her–”

“Molly.” He reached for her hand, trying hard to curb the growing frustration within him. “I like your company. I like you. However, the last thing I want is to have some psychology talk from you.”

She lowered her head. “Fair enough. I’m sorry.”

Shaking his head, he quickly said, “Don’t be. I know you mean well.”

Aware of his touch, she closed her eyes concentrating on Ben’s image, but the only thing her mind was registering was Noah’s hand, the warm skin against her palm, and his fingers pressing against hers ever so softly. She pulled her hand back when he lifted his to cup her face before he tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. The tips of his fingers on her neck sent a tingle down her spine. There was a moment when he paused before brushing his lips across hers. The scent his aftershave and the heat radiating from his body made her want to put her arms around his neck.

But she didn’t.

Not even when he grazed her lips with his tongue, despite wishing every inch of her body was touching his.

But she moved away, arguing with herself whether she was kissing him or wishing it was Ben.

She met his gaze, about to apologise when his phone rang.

He checked the ID. “I’m sorry. I think I should take this.”
